Dr. Arif Raza received his M.Sc. (1994) in Computing Science from University of London (U.K.), and PhD (2011) in Software Engineering from the University of Western Ontario (Canada). During his professional career, he has been actively involved in teaching and research as well as conducting and supervision of different software development projects. Dr. Raza has authored and co-authored several research articles in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings in the area of software engineering. His current research interests include usability issues in open source software (OSS), human computer interaction, human factors and empirical studies in software engineering.
