INTRODUCTION
|
|
Commissioned in Army Education Corps in 1991 after completion of M.Sc & M.Phil in Physics. Did Ph.D in Physics from QAU Islamabad in 2001 with specialization in the area of Laser Spectroscopy. Completed 1 year Post Doc (Physics) from University of Glasgow (UK) with the financial support of HEC in 2007-08.Published research work in several International Journals.Presented research papers in various national and international conferences/seminars. Thrice presented research work in International centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP, Trieste,Italy. Did three monthes basic course in 'Medical Physics' from Switzerland through UICC scholarship in the year 2000. Also won British Council's 'Chrles Wallace Scholarship' in the year 2004 and completed three monthes academic visit to university of Glasgow. Is a member of National Curriculum Review Comittee (Minstry of Education)for Physics at SSC and HSC level.He is a approved HEC supervisor for Ph.D and is on the pannel list of external examiners (M.Phil and Ph.D) in QAU, Islamabad and Islamia university Bahawalpur in the field of Atomic & Molecular Laser Physics. He also holds Master and M.Phil qualifications in the field of 'educationa Planning & Management (EPM).He is actively involved in Teaching as well as Research activities in his area of specialization.
