Summary

Dr. Iram Naz is currently serving as Associate Professor of Management at Military College of Signals, National University of Science & Technology, Islamabad since Jan 2023. Before joining MCS, she has also served as Assistant Professor at Riphah International University, Islamabad from Feb 2018-Jan 2023. She holds a doctorate degree in Finance awarded by Capital University of Science and Technology. She has been an honorary scholar during her PhD at Lancaster University, Lancaster, United Kingdom. Her PhD is in the area of managerial traits and corporate finance. Her research interests include corporate finance, investment analysis, manager’s fixed effects and corporate governance. She has published 13 research papers in HEC recognized journals including 07 Impact factor publications. Her recent works have been published in esteemed outlets like Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, The North American Journal of Economics and Finance, International Journal of Emerging Markets and Borsa Istanbul Review. She is a HEC approved PhD supervisor and has successfully supervised 80+ MS students till date.
