28th MCS Convocation
-On Tuesday 7th December 2021 MCS held its 28th convocation ceremony. President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi graced the event as the chief guest and awarded degrees to the 199 graduating students. He appreciated the standard of education at MCS and said that cyber security, a subject MCS has pioneered in, was a rapidly growing segment and a targeted approach in its education was required to persistently update the set of relevant skills of stakeholders. Referring to the frequent cyber-attacks faced by the country, he said that enhanced security of national information systems was of dire significance for Pakistan.
The convocation was also attended by IG T&E Lieutenant General Syed Muhammad Adnan, and Rector NUST Lieutenant General (retd) Javed Mahmood Bukhari, along with faculty members.
