COMMPEC 2023

MCS participated in COMMPEC 2023 held on 6-7 May in EME College, Rawalpindi.

1. Team of BESE-25 comprises NC Husnain Mustafa, NC Subhan ud din Bajwa, NC Muhammad Junaid and NC Muhammad Faizan with the project “Skillibilty” secured 1^st Runner up award among 45 teams from different universities, in the category of Software Applications. Skillibility is a cloud base pre-employment testing platform designed for assessing job candidate’s skills and suitability for specific role. The software offers a variety of customizable assessments across multiple categories with different advanced analytical and reporting features.
2. Another team of BESE-25 comprises PC Abdul Moiz Quddus, PC Kaleem Ullah, NC Muhammad Luqman and PC Usman Afzal participated in subject event with their project “Mail Assure” supervised by Dr Waleed Bin Shahid/ Dr Hammad Afzal secured Merit award among 45 teams from different universities, in the category of Software Applications. Mail Assure is a plug-in based solution that aims to combat the increasing number of email based cyber threats. The solution provides a reliable tool for organizations and individuals to detect and analyze potential security threats with a reporting panel for its users to download detailed reports.
