Runner-Up Position at Positive Hack Camp 2026

Hamza Haroon, an MSIS student at NUST, secured the Runner-Up position at Positive Hack Camp 2026, a two-week international cyber security training and Capture the Flag (CTF) program held in Moscow, Russia. Organized by Positive Technologies with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, the event brought together participants from more than 20 countries.

The program featured hands-on CTF labs, privilege escalation training, and hardware reverse-engineering challenges. Representing Pakistan and NUST, Hamza Haroon demonstrated exceptional cyber security skills on the international platform, contributing to the strong performance of Pakistani participants who collectively secured top positions on the leaderboard.
