Bidding documents containing the detailed terms & conditions, method of procurement, procedure of submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/ rejection of bids, performance/ guarantee etc. are available for the interested bidders at Military College of Signals, Humayun Road Lalkurti, Rawalpindi from 0830 hrs to 1500 hrs. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.200/-(Non-refundable) in the form of cheque / bank draft in favour of Commandant Military College of Signals.
