Bidding documents containing the detailed terms & conditions, method of procurement, procedure of submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/ rejection of bids, performance/ guarantee etc. are available for the interested bidders at Military College of Signals, Humayun Road Lalkurti, Rawalpindi from 0830 hrs to 1500 hrs. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.200/-(Non-refundable) in the form of cheque / bank draft in favour of Commandant Military College of Signals. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach President Local Purchase Committee, MCS before or by 1130 hrs on 19 December 2025.
