Electrical Machines Lab
Electrical Machine Lab is situated in the Sharif Block of Military College of Signals. It is basically designed for students of Electrical Engineering to teach and give hands-on expertise on Electrical Machines like Transformers, Motors and Generators. This Lab mainly consists of 15 workstations, on each workstation following state of art equipment is available

Detail of Electrical Machine Equipment:
1. Electrical Machine Tutor EMT-0001
Purpose: On this Equipment we mainly make different basic setups related to DC and AC Motors and Generators.
2. Lab Volt Electromechanical System
Purpose: The Electromechanical Training System combines a modular design approach with computer-based data acquisition and control to provide unrivaled training in electromechanical systems.
3. Three Phase RLC Load Panel ETL-171C
Purpose: This equipment is used with motors and generators to test them on different types of Loads.
4. Three Phase Demonstration Panel EMT-180B
Purpose: This equipment is used to and analyze basic concept of Three Phase Supply.
5. Three Phase Supply Panel ETL-171A
Purpose: This equipment is used to supply three phase voltage to different types of machines.
Lab Staff
Dr Alina Mirza is the Lab OIC of the Electrical Machines. All the labs are conducted under the supervision of well- trained Lab Engineer Zeeshan Ahmad and two Lab staff members Mudassir Nisar and Muhammad Naseem respectively.
